Revamping the Golden Beetle concept with a gastropub, this new happy hour menu served daily from 4pm-6pm is exceptional. With beef fat fries, hush puppies, and more for under $9, you don't have to feel guilty for splurging because most options are organic! Including unique drink specials like bourbon and beer (shot of bourbon and an olympia beer for $5), this ale house sounds like a Seattle staple for sure.
