'American Idol' auditions are coming to Seattle, Aug. 31

How many singing lessons can you fit into two months time? Asking for a friend.

All you talented lads and lasses better start warming up those vocal chords, because the folks at "American Idol" are hitting the road this summer to find potential contestants in the upcoming season. AND, they're coming to the Emerald City.

So far, we just know the date - August 31, 2018.

Bookmark this website, where they will be updating more information (like time, and place) in the coming weeks. We will continue to update this post as that info comes in, as well.

In the meantime (and in addition to showing up and auditioning in-person), hopefuls can also submit audition videos online via www.americanidol.com/auditions or by showing off your talents on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Musical.ly using the hashtag #TheNextIdol.

The Idol Bus will be kicking off their tour in on August 25, simultaneously in Orlando and San Diego - and then proceeding to hit 20 cities in just over three weeks to find SUPERSTARS.
