Delta Air Lines and YMCA hosted more than 100 underprivileged students for a North Pole "flight" today at Sea-Tac Airport. The kids and their families boarded a Delta aircraft and taxied to the 'North Pole,' a hangar Delta employees had transformed into a Winter Wonderland. The kids were from West Seattle and Concord International Elementary schools, where 85 percent of the children qualify for free or discounted lunch. The kids enjoyed an afternoon of holiday fun; including games, sweet treats, a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and a special gift picked out for each student.
