Book Club Review: Here's what we thought of 'Glass Houses'

Our October book club pick, "Glass Houses" by Louise Penny was a gripping look at the role conscience plays in each of our lives, and how we live with the sometimes difficult decision we had to make.

We had the chance to talk with Penny herself about the book, and get a glimpse into what keeps her coming back to the insanely popular Inspector Armande Gamache series, of which 'Glass Houses' is book thirteen.

We won't give any spoiler alerts here (don't watch the video if you haven't finished) - but it was a great discussion filled with a lot of Penny admirers, and some new converts!

We've already announced our November book as 'The Burning Girl', by Claire Messud.

We'll be meeting to discuss this one on November 30 at the U-District location of University Book Store. RSVP if you want to join, and sign up to join our bookclub here!
