If you love red wine, you're going to want to read this ASAP

Wine mouth.

If you drink red wine, you know exactly what I'm talking about. It could be one glass, or it could be 10 - your lips/tongue (and if you're unlucky - corners of your mouth) WILL be stained.

It's a problem that has plagued winos for centuries (I'm just guessing). But finally, someone decided to do something about it.

And of course, those folks were Seattleites. Because we have the best people.

I digress! Lauren Calabrese and Brenda Kirkpatrick were just a couple of girlfriends hanging out and drinking at a New Year's Eve party (where they both had wine mouth), when they concocted a business plan. Now, I don't know what you do with plans/ideas when you are kinda-maybe-not-so-sober - but I definitely don't usually follow through on them.

These gals did, and invented WineBlock. Essentially it's exactly like sunscreen, except for instead of blocking out the sun, it blocks out the tannins from red wine to repel the stains from your lips. It's preventative, so you apply WineBlock before you start drinking to your lips and teeth.

Simple and easy, right? This could be a game-changer.

And there is nothing scary in the balm either, just oils and stain-blocking agents! All allergen-free, dye-free, gluten-free, non-toxic and never tested on animals (which we feel strongly about now that we know what we know, thanks to Lancer and Lace).

For now, you can buy WineBlock online for $12 - or at Chandler's Reach in Woodinville, Russell's Garden Cafe in Molbaks or local Fireworks Galleries.
