Hyatt Regency Bellevue is getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit by serving up favorites like Shepard's Pie, potato pancakes, corned beef and cabbage stew, and six dollar Irish Coffees at the hotel’s restaurant Eques.
Elysian will be pouring Daedalus and Jameson along with a wide selection of Elysian beers from the bar AND food items such as Stout and Onion Soup, Corned Beef Hash, and Irish Cream Panna Cotta.
If you are keen on cooking up a homemade Irish meal, Jeff Green, co-owner of B & E Meats and Seafood just cured 3,000 pounds of corner beef along with some cured pork in preparation of the holiday!
Wear your green and head down to rooftop Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, where they will have a St. Patrick’s Day inspired menu. The menu includes
- Duo of Corned Beef Sandwiches
- Limey Bastard – Absolut lime, muddled citrus, firewater bitters, soda
- End of the Rainbow – Shot of Jameson, bud light draft
- Bucket-O-Buds – 5 bottles of Budweiser or budlight
And for desert! Trophy Cupcakes will have four chocolate Guinness Stout cupcakes topped with Bailey’s Irish Cream buttercream and a lucky candy shamrock, four Vanilla-Vanilla cupcakes, and four Chocolate-Vanilla cupcakes. The Guinness Stout cupcakes will be available in the shops all week, Monday, March 13 through Sunday, March 19.
They will also have Green Velvet and Whiskey Irish Cream macarons available March 16 and 17th!
The Irish pub is opening up especially early on Friday to let the games begin. They will be hosting live bands all day and will be "stocking up on enough beer and whiskey to make any Dubliner jealous." Noted.
This pub in Ballard will open their doors at noon with live music starting at 1pm.
Here's another Ballard gem. Old Pequliar will also have a St. Patty's celebration! Live music, Irish grub, and plenty of booze.
Kell's in Pike Place is gearing up for their 34th annual St. Patrick's Day Irish Festival. The celebration will feature live Irish music, dancing, traditional foods and much more.
Live music, food and booze! I'm sensing a theme here... Other Irish pubs to consider would be The Ould Triangle, Finn MacCool's and Murphy's Pub. Either way, we're guessing that these pubs are going to be PACKED.

Celebrate St. Patrick's at the Whisky Bar with a Tullamore D.E.W takeover the cocktail menu. Guinness, Smithwick's, and Harp will be on tap. On the food menu, corned beef, bangers, upside down apple pie, and cottage pie. There will be someone playing bagpipes too so it's gonna be lit.
Bell Street Park, on Bell from 1st-5th Ave., will have festive music, giveaways, crafts, and a picture opportunity with Lucky the Leprechaun.
