We may have found the best BBQ in the state

If we're being completely honest, we had an internal struggle about sharing this story. Selfishly, we don't want the lines to get any longer at this BBQ hot spot, but word is getting out so we had no choice.

Campfire BBQ was recently named the Best Barbecue in Washington state by, so obviously we had to check it out. Drum roll lived up to the hype! The Campfire BBQ chuck wagon is located in lower Queen Anne right next Citizen Cafe and just in case things couldn't get more exciting, they just recently opened a beer garden as well.

Owner and BBQ master Stefan Giles said his secret is simple... patience.

"If you're going to rush it, it's going to go to crap every time," said Giles. His top selling brisket really brings in the crowds - "We sell out everyday. You could stand in line and not get what you want if you don't get here early enough." He also serves up stellar salmon, elk and pork belly (aka basically heaven on earth).
