Washington's favorite IPA is: Bale Breaker Topcutter IPA. This beer is and India Pale Ale at 6.8% ABV. It's brewed in the Yakima Valley and is recognized for its "complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor." To be honest I've never heard of it but you best believe I've added it to the list.
