The Oscars of Food: Check out which PNW restaurants are James Beard Semifinalists

The 2018 James Beard Foundation Awards semifinalists were just released, and the Pacific Northwest is representing! The James Beard Foundation is known as kind of the "Oscars of the food industry" and covers all aspects of the industry including restaurateurs, cookbook authors, restaurants design, best chef or restaurant in region, etc.

We looked through the list of nom-nominations (see what I did there?) and consolidated all the nominees from Washington. And guess what - you've seen quite a bit of them profiled on our website and show!
