Thanksgiving Roundup: Seattle area restaurants with takeout feasts

Thanksgiving is right around the corner. We could give you the whole "the holidays are going to be different this year" spiel, but you already knew that, right? Gov. Jay Inslee announced a series of COVID restrictions Sunday (Nov. 15), including a ban on indoor dining and social gatherings — meaning celebrating Thanksgiving is basically limited to those who live in your household (unless proper quarantine/testing precautions are taken).

This year has been stressful — if you don't feel up to cooking a big meal or bracing the grocery store to get ingredients, here are some Seattle area restaurants offering takeout Thanksgiving-feast-worthy meals:

Alderbrook Resort & Spa: Thanksgiving meals to-go includes menu favorites like local cheese and house-cured bresola, roasted brussels sprouts with oven-dried goat cheese, apple cider roasted turkey with focaccia stuffing and autumn vegetables and praline swirl cheesecake with candied pecan and espresso crust and espresso. $195 for four people. Pickup available between noon and 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26. Preorder online.

Ba Sa: Thanksgiving feast including roasted double duck stuff with Szechuan jalapeno sausage, honey walnut prawn toast, fermented shrimp and green chili greens, Chinese sausage and dried shrimp risotto and an almond Casava cake. $150 for two, $195 for four. Preorders must be placed by Monday, Nov. 23; pickup between 1 and 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at 101 Winslow Way E., Bainbridge Island.

Black Angus Steakhouse: Thanksgiving turkey meals-to-go available in three sizes (as well as a prime rib option). $95.95 up to four people, $191.95 up to eight people and $287.95 up to 12 people; $440.95 1/2 prime rib meal with sides and $279.95 1/2 prime rib a la carte (serves 12-14 people). You can also order whole desserts to go, including pumpkin pie, NY-style cheesecake and spiced carrot cake.

Copperleaf Restaurant: Heat & Eat meal for two that includes Mary's Free-Range Roast Turkey, rainbow chard stuffed delicata squash and a hazelnut-caramel pumpkin tart. $99. Pre-order required by Thursday, Nov. 19; pickup Tuesday or Wednesday, Nov. 24-25.

The Dining Room: Thanksgiving meal includes 8-10 pound brined turkey, sausage and sage stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, honey glazed baby carrots and a wine bottle of your choice. $275; serves four. Pre-order by Friday, Nov. 20. Pick up Wednesday, Nov. 25, between 4 to 7 p.m.

Fog Room Seattle: Menu includes pumpkin soup, roasted brussels sprouts with apple butter, cornbread and oyster stuffing, honey-brined turkey breast, a leftovers kit and add-ons including wine, beer packs and a la carte sides. Starts at $250 for four people with larger quantities available. Preorder online by Sunday, Nov. 22; pickup on Tuesday or Wednesday, Nov. 24-25.

Goldfinch Tavern: Customize your own Thanksgiving Feast Box by selecting a first-course pasta, two entrees and pie, sold in sets of two. $98 per adult, $45 per child (kids' menu available). Order online.

Hearth: Four-course meal including slow-braised Painted Hills short rib, kabocha squash soul and pumpkin tartelette. 220 Kirkland Ave., Kirkland, 98033. $50 per person, $25 per child ages 12 and younger. Preorders must be made by Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Lakehouse: Meals include turkey with cranberry chutney and sage gravy, stuffing, green beans with chanterelles and shallots, spice roasted carrots, mashed potatoes and individual pumpkin cream pies. $48 for one person, $160 for four and $210 for up to eight. Available for curbside pickup at 10455 NE 5th Place, Bellevue, from 11 to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26. Order online.

Metropolitan Grill: The Met-At-Home Thanksgiving Feast (serves four) includes your choice of prime rib, turkey or ham with sides including garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing and brussel sprouts and apple dumplings with caramel sauce and candied pecans for dessert. $125-175. Preorder by Sunday, Nov. 22; pickup or *delivery between Nov. 23-25.

Packers Kitchen + Bar: A la carte menu including maple-cured pork loin, butternut squash ravioli and roasted pepper & sweet potato soup. Preorders must be made by Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Water's Table: Two options available. Available for pre-order through OpenTable and on Thanksgiving day through DoorDash.

  • $40 per person: includes Ceasar salad, herb-roasted turkey breast, maple butter carrots and pumpkin pie.
  • $70 per person: includes squash soup, poached shrimp, brown sugar cured king salmon and fried brussel sprouts.

The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa / Carillon Kitchen: This to-go Thanksgiving meal includes roasted turkey, cornbread and chorizo stuffing, whipped potatoes, maple glazed sweet potato puree and roasted brussel sprouts. $70 per person with a minimum of two people. Preorders must be placed by Thursday, Nov. 19; pickup between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at 2240 Carillon Point, Kirkland, 98033.
