Drinking wine and going shopping is frowned upon in most establishments, no matter how therapeutic it sounds.
But at the Renton Wine Walk, tasting local wines and buying new goodies is more than encouraged. You can sample more than 20 different wines from local wineries while exploring the uniqueness of downtown Renton. Come for the vino, stay for the stores.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the businesses that are participating at this year’s Renton Wine Walk:
Head to the Wine Walk with your S.O. for date night, making sure to end at Cugini for fresh flowers. Explore their extensive collection of bouquets, plants, roses, and unique gifts. Drop a few hints to your partner to ensure you leave with an assortment of flowers from their “romantic collection.” All the while, you can sip wine from Renton’s own Cedar River Cellars.
Have you heard of Richelle, the owner of Sparkle Gifts and Whatnot? She sells seashells down by the seashore.and in downtown Renton. For years, Richelle has collected sea glass and seashells from her travels. These found treasures serve as the inspiration behind her aptly named specialty gifts and décor shop. Enjoy boutique wines from Long Cellars, while you hunt for treasure of your own.
