SCIENCE! Cloud Nine Creamery serves up liquid nitrogen ice cream

An ice cream shop at a mall doesn't sound too special, but add a little chemistry and you've got our attention!

Cloud Nine Creamery at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila specializes in making their ice cream the “smoothest and creamiest” because of their rapid liquid nitrogen freezing process. The liquid nitrogen is -320 degrees Fahrenheit so not only does it make the ice cream taste delicious but it also looks like a freakin’ science experiment.

You can choose a base of either dairy, yogurt or coconut. Word on the street is that the banana cream pie is out of control because it's made with REAL PIE! Nom... Nom.. Nom

But, don't take our word for it. Check out the place yourself or watch our trip to Cloud Nine Creamery in the video.
