The new West Seattle bar boasts booze, pinball and New York style pizza. Cameron "Cam" Hanin is the mastermind behind Supreme's pies.
"I think we serve some of the best pizza in Seattle," said Hanin. "It's well seasoned, the dough is great, the sauce is good. You're going to get something here you're not going to get anywhere else. We're trying to be ourselves."
The focus of the menu is, understandably, on the pizza. There's a mix of tricked out traditional, like the Double Cheese and Double Pep, and house specialties. The Ono boasts fried chicken, kimchee and American cheese.
Then there's The Reaper. A sweat-inducing mix of spicy coppa, ricotta, ghost chili, and Carolina reaper chili. This pizza is not for the faint of heart. It's got some serious heat. But, under those chilis is a perfectly thin, not too crunchy crust, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce.
Hanin may have said it best - "This really is New York pizza".
