There's only ONE Thai Hot Pot spot in Seattle

Okay so obviously, you know and love Thai food and you most likely know what Hot Pot is. But have you ever heard of Thai Hot Pot?

Yeah, neither had we.

We ventured on down to one of the latest restaurant openings, Morfire in Capitol Hill, which specializes in Thai Hot Pot. You can find common Thai dishes really anywhere in Seattle (think Pad Thai, Green/Red/Panang Curry, Tom Yum Goong,) but Morfire is the first Thai Hot Pot spot in the Seattle area! According to the team at Morfire, Thai Hot Pot is very popular in Thailand and they felt it was lacking here in the PNW.

Morfire uses no hormone beef and pork, no-antibiotic chicken, house-made meatball, house-made broths and sauces with no MSG and other additives. They also have gluten-free and vegan options available. God bless 'em.

Morfire is located at 1806 12th Ave., in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
