Trophy Cupcakes. You know 'em, you love 'em. Trophy Cupcakes is opening up another location in South Lake Union! As of May 1, there is an extended pop-up shop in The Hall at the 400 Fairview Building.

Casco Antiguo. This Seattle Mexican restaurant is bringing it's popular and delicious menu to the Tacoma waterfront, says the News Tribune. With views of the Foss Waterway, the menu will include popular items including octopus, rockfish ceviche, tacos al pastor and solid cocktails.

Sam Choy's Poke To The Max. Here's another Seattle staple that is opening up in downtown Tacoma. The Hawaiian fusion restaurant opened this last week at 1716 Pacific Ave says the News Tribune.

Zócalo. Although little information has been released yet, Elysian CEO and developer Greg Smith are teaming up to bring a new Mexican restaurant to Pioneer Square reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The new place will offer modern Mexican cuisine and a "massive tequila bar." Um, yes.

Fogo de Chão. The internationally popular Southern Brazilian steakhouse announced it's newest location opening in Bellevue! The restaurant will be apart of the new Lincoln Square Expansions. There will be a lively bar area, open kitchen, and will specialize in the Brazilian churrasco technique.

Closings

Metropolitan Grill. Don't worry! It isn't for good - only over the summer, reports Eater. The iconic Seattle restaurant is looking to upgrade some of their decor, while still keeping their classic look. Some of the staff and menu will be absorbed by Heartwood Provisions while upgrades happen.
