Just when we thought we'd heard of everything...

Thompson Seattle has partnered up with prominent tattoo artists to host a special tattoo dinner called INKed tomorrow, March 7 at the hotel's restaurant, Scout. Only 28 lucky guests will experience the multi-course tattoo-themed dinner, where dishes will range from herring, scallops, pork and caramelized banana.

Executive chef Derek Simcik plans on taking guests on a multi-course journey through the life of a tattoo artist and the process of becoming one, while guests dine on dishes that have been tattooed with squid ink and other ingredients. Tattoos by artists Amanda Riner, Tascar Wise, Kenny Brown and Derek Noble will take place from 12 – 5 p.m. with dinner commencing at 6 p.m.
