It's Bao Time for Refined's Best Chef on the Block

There's a friendly face at a popular food truck in Seattle. Refined's Best Chef on the Block, Young Cho, has taken on a new foodie adventure called It's Bao Time.

In case you don't remember, Refined profiled Cho last year because of his unique Mexican-Asian fushion restaurant Phorale that was inside a South Park corner store.

Cho then competed to be Seattle's next Top Chef and his victory sent him to the Big Apple to appear on ABC's The Chew.

Now, you can find him serving up Taiwanese goodness at It's Bao Time, but it's been quite the culinary journey to there.

"The day I won Best Chef in Seattle, it was actually the day I had to close my restaurant Phorale in South Park," said Cho, "Our lease was up and I felt that I needed to go mobile and reach the masses more instead of just a corner market in South Park."

Cho then teamed up with the owner of It's Bao Time, Sean Jen, for his next adventure. If you haven't been to this food truck, you are missing out. The Pig Lebaoski and the Bao Chicka Wow are worth the trip!
