National Mocktail Week: Pomegranate Sour

Happy #NationalMocktailWeek! For all you Dry January participants out there, this one is for you! Even though you are going zero-proof for the month, that shouldn't mean to stop getting creative in the cocktail kitchen. We've partnered with Marnie Clark, a local blogger and founder of #NationalMocktailWeek to bring you these delicious and non-alcoholic beverages. Get on with ya bad self and indulge (without a limit) in these gorgeous cocktail recipes, created by Marnie herself!

Welcome to day four of National Mocktail Week! Next up is a this Pomegranate Sour. When Dry January is over, feel free to add whisky! If you've missed the other mocktails this week, check out the Spiced Apple, Mocha Muddle and the Ferry Sunrise.

  • Ginger (muddled)
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • Egg white
  • Pomegranate seeds

Dry shake the ingredients (that means no ice), first, then add ice and strain twice. Serve in a pretty coupe or martini glass, and pop the pom seeds on top for a pretty garnish!

Let us know what you think, and tag Marnie Clark in any Mocktails you create this week!
