Is wine tasting one of your favorite spring and summer weekend activities? COVID-19 clearly had other plans for the season.
Due to stay-at-home orders, winery tours are limited. But that doesn't mean you can't taste exquisite, seasonal wines from the comfort of your own home.
Normally guests of Sonoma-Cutrer have the opportunity to visit the vineyard, explore the wine cellar, and of course, taste wines. Now, Sonoma-Cutrer has reinvented how they share wines with customers and are currently offering virtual wine tastings instead!
How it works
The virtual wine tastings are designed to replicate a real tasting experience as much as possible. Before the scheduled event, you'll order the individual wines featured in your specific tasting, or you can grab the virtual tasting set that includes all of the wines from the upcoming tasting sessions.
Once you have your wine, simply log in to the livestream on Sonoma-Cutrer's website where you'll watch the winemakers discuss what you're drinking, the wine production, and more.

Sonoma-Cutrer has two upcoming wine tastings that could be a belated Mother's Day celebration or just a way to convince yourself that quarantining isn't so bad after all.
