Getting your pro-biotics on while ALSO getting a little buzz? That's what hard kombucha is all about, baby.
Boochcraft, a handcrafted hard kombucha company (and one of the fasted growing breweries on the West Coast) has expanded to Washington and Oregon.
The spiked kombucha will be available in 22-ounce bottles, 12-ounce cans and on tap in stores, bars and restaurants.

Boochcraft hard kombucha contains all of the traditional health benefits of its low alcohol counterpart but with a seven percent alcohol by volume (ABV) punch.
Flavors available in the PNW include Grapefruit Hibiscus Heather, Apple Lime Jasmine, Ginger Lime Rosehips, Orange Pomegranate Beet and Watermelon Mint Chili.
