The Violet Blue Empress, a Queen Bee original, is a fabulous dessert cocktail bringing the beautiful, hand-crafted Empress 1908 Gin together with violet flower flavored liqueur and cream — an exciting taste sensation reminiscent of an ice cream float with a distinct kick of pizzazz!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 oz. Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Crème de Violette liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz. heavy cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Edible flowers

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the ingredients and shake well
  2. Double strain into a cocktail glass
  3. Top with whipped cream and fresh edible flowers
