The Spicy Lady has a lot to offer. With the surprising sweetness of Uncle Nearest 1884 whiskey, there is a definite twist when you add citrus and jalapeño. This is a drink that can go with any occasion and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser — even if you aren't a whiskey drinker.
INGREDIENTS
- Jalapeño
- Uncle Nearest 1884 Whiskey
- Lime
- Agave
- Salt
- Grapefruit
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Rub a quarter lime on the rim of the glass
- Roll the glass in salt
- In a shaker, muddle 1 slice of jalapeño, add 2 oz. Uncle Nearest 1884 whiskey, .75 oz. lime juice, .5 oz. grapefruit juice and .5 oz. agave
- Add ice and shake
- Serve over ice
