The Prickly Ginger cocktail is a delightfully fun drink to make and the combination of flavors will surprise and captivate your discerning palate.
- 1.5 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. ginger liqueur
- 1/2 oz. prickly pear syrup
- Juice from 1/2 lime
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain over a sphere of ice in your favorite cocktail glass.
