The Pink Slip is a simple drink with just the right amount of tanginess. This drink is great for morning brunch or sunsets — just three simple ingredients that can be mixed to your liking!
INGREDIENTS
- Campari
- Grapefruit juice
- Prosecco
- Grapefruit for garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Put ice into a shaker and add 1.5 oz. Campari and a splash of grapefruit juice
- Stir
- Pour 4 oz. prosecco into a flute glass
- Put a strainer on the shaker and pour into the flute glass
- Garnish with a piece of grapefruit
