The Long Island Iced Tea has been around for quite some time — it's the drink that never gets old. While the alcohols stay the same, the brands over the years have changed. And sometimes that is just the added flavor you didn't know you needed. Try this cocktail with Rainier Gin and Olympia Vodka, the new local spirits in the Pacific Northwest!

INGREDIENTS

  • Vodka
  • White rum
  • Silver tequila
  • Gin
  • Triple sec
  • Simple syrup
  • Lemon
  • Cola

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add 3/4 oz. vodka, 3/4 oz. white rum, 3/4 oz. silver tequila, 3/4 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. triple sec., 3/4 oz. simple syrup and 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice to a collins glass
  2. Add ice then top with a splash of the cola and stir briefly
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge
