The Kingston Club is a fresh and light drink with a tropical appeal. Adding Fernet Branca with bitters helps bring out the herbs and spices that will only enhance the Drambuie flavor. It's an excitingly sweet and fun drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • Drambuie
  • Pineapple juice
  • Lime juice
  • Fernet Branca
  • Angostura bitters
  • Soda water
  • Orange for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add the 1.5 oz. Drambuie, 1.5 oz. pineapple juice, .75 oz. lime juice, 1 tea. Fernet, and 3 dashes Angostura bitters to an ice-filled shaker
  2. Shake until cold
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda water and garnish with an orange slice
  4. Serve immediately
