The Hootenanny is fun to say and even more fun to drink! The spiced honey notes in the Drambuie, mix well with the tart grapefruit and smooth wheat beer which partners nicely with citrus on its own. The mint is the added bonus of refreshment to round out a nice new summer treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Drambuie
  • Wheat beer
  • Pink grapefruit juice
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add one part Drambuie, two parts pink grapefruit juice, and 4-5 mint leaves into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake it for just a few seconds
  3. Add three parts wheat beer into the shaker, then strain all the contents of the shaker into a beer mug filled with ice
  4. Garnish with fresh mint
