- Empress Gin
- Stem of fresh Rosemary
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Make Rosemary Cucumber Simple Syrup. Mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 1 stem of fresh rosemary, and half a cucumber sliced into a pot and bring to a boil. Strain the syrup into a jar and let cool.
- Mix drink
- Add to mixing container 2 oz. Empress Gin, the juice of half a lime, 3/4 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup. Add ice and stir. Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with fresh Cucumber.
